Users should not need to know that there are several projects/plugins behind the product he is using. He downloads a product from https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/ and there needs to be a link to where he can report an error of that product. Currently there is a link to https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/ at the footer.
Also user googling "eclipse ide bug report" should find the page at top pos. currently thats "https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/"; as well. Which is bugzilla. if we do not want bugzilla anymore that landing page should redirect to whatever the new solution is. It's bad to have multiple bug report sites as that does not allow to search for duplicates in the alternatives.
