Yes, I can.
The carchassis example runs ok.
But when I tried the 3D models (3ds files) of
http://3dup.com/highmodels/cacheforce/1024/index.html , the skin (and the
solid shape) don't appear.
Maybe is the 3D model size?
I found that in some models, I have to adjust the skin scale of the 3ds
file.
But on those models of the site above, it doesn't seems to work.
Can you try to use some of those 3D models?]

There is an example in the gazebo distribution.
You need to use 3ds files.
Can you see the skin of the example that comes with gazebo ?
