As Gazebo is surely compiled with debugging symbols try this in your gazebo
sources directory:
gdb ./gazebo
run worlds/whatever.world
It should take a little longer then crash. Then write:
bt
It will provide the backtrace.
Copy and paste it in and send it to the mailing list. Also provide the
Ogre.log file you'd find in same directory.
