I ask myself if the new gazebo 0.8 is downwards compatible to 0.7 ?
Reading the mailinglists showed me that the worldfiles are not.
But what's about the models? (except from compiling them against the new
libgazebo)
I implemented a robot model and some sensor plugins that provide a
realistic sensor propagation and would not be very happy to do it all again
when switching to 0.8.
Has anybody tried this yet? Are there a lot of differences?
Thanks in advance

Jonas
