All the inline assembly cheats I take, like using the native
ADD instruction to emulate an ADD instruction including generating
the correct eflags values would have to be changed.
 
Much other monitor framework assumes IA32.
 
I haven't looked at AMD's hammer specs.  If they added
enough native virtualization, maybe we wouldn't need
SBE stuff.  If we do, don't know how the split I&D
TLB trick would work.
