[plex86] CVS updates, QNX partially boots.

    Added a bogus RDTSC instruction, implemented RETfar32_Iw and
      defined bits in CR4 to get QNX to boot quite a ways.  Panics
      on use of PCD/PWT bits in PTE.  Probably harmless.  Will
      try to update handling and re-run later.
