Are you sure?  All I heard was that Transmeta was building
better Sledgehammer simulators for other people to use to
write/test Sledgehammer code before the Sledgehammer is ready.

AMD had a simulator of their own, but it was too slow, so they
got (are getting?) Transmeta to modify Crusoe to run
Sledgehammer code instead of straight IA32 code.
