[plex86] RPM's would be nice.

MandrakeSoft hired the Plex86 author, maybe after Cooker gets through the 
feature freeze and split off from the 8.1 release it can be sent out as a 
0.0.2001xxxx-1mdk RPM and the Cooker users can start gnashing their teeth on 
it.
