All QA is done on the cooker tree only, the one we use for 
adding/removing packages.

I didn't advocated dropping right now all package with build problems, 
but rather responsabilising maintainers to finding a solution. After 
all, if no one cares about fixing them right now, it is unlikely someone 
else will fix them later.
