That doesn't scale unfortunatly. What we need is a host where zarb 
admins could setup proper autentication and administration facilities 
(ldap + cfengine).

That's what Stefan previously did with LBD on anorien. What he didn't 
however, is a way to integrate it current PLF build process, such as for 
exemple preventing manual upload totally in automated branches, for 
instance. I don't want the same mess as in mandriva, with manual and 
automated upload happening simultaneously.

And I'd happily have any kind of new build tools integrated with our 
current tools set, aka youri project: http://youri.zarb.org
