What we need is a host where zarb admins could setup proper autentication and administration facilities (ldap + cfengine).

That's what Stefan previously did with LBD on anorien. What he didn't however, is a way to integrate it current PLF build process, such as for exemple preventing manual upload totally in automated branches, for instance. I don't want the same mess as in mandriva, with manual and automated upload happening simultaneously.
