PLF is about "let's make it easy to > non-stallman users" . We need mass use of Mandriva OS to make it influent.
Well, test it. Install all other codecs (especially ffmpeg, libffmpeg51 , gstreamer-ffmpeg and gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg, libfaad2_0, gstreamer0.10-faad, gstreamer-faad...), remove win32-codecs, and see if you have any files you can't play. IMHO PLF is not about "let's make it easy for non-Stallman users". It's about "let's provide useful software that we can't legally distribute _in cases where the law is an ass_" (i.e. patents). -- adamw -- adamw _______________________________________________ PLF-discuss mailing list [email protected] https://www.zarb.org/mailman/listinfo/plf-discuss
