Well, test it. Install all other codecs (especially ffmpeg,
libffmpeg51 , gstreamer-ffmpeg and gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg, libfaad2_0,
gstreamer0.10-faad, gstreamer-faad...), remove win32-codecs, and see if
you have any files you can't play.

IMHO PLF is not about "let's make it easy for non-Stallman users". It's
about "let's provide useful software that we can't legally distribute
_in cases where the law is an ass_" (i.e. patents).
