You could take the PLF package and copy it over to your site, no
problem. I build the scummvm package for Cooker only, which is
Mandriva's development version. Maybe somebody else from PLF will
rebuild it for the current stable mandriva, e.g. 2008.1. I myself
don't have the time and ressources for that, but maybe we can ask on
the PLF list.

It is clear with packages that are covered by software patents, e.g.
MP3 encoders. There's no written Mandriva policy about emulators, but
some have been rejected by Mandriva in the past. So scummvm was simply
uploaded to plf.
