AFAIK, no, they removed the download link for the 64bit Alpha player
from the Adobe labs site:
http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/flashplayer10_64bit.html
(however if you have the direct the download link you can still
download it, i.e. the PLF 64bit flash rpm should still work).

That doesn't mean that the 32bit flash PLF package shouldn't be updated.
