Premetto che ho sempre messo in debug durante le modifiche. Con le modifiche suggerite nella sorgente di pagina ottengo:
<!--[if !IE]> <script type="text/javascript" src=" http://www.isisromero.gov.it/portal_javascripts/Sunburst%20Theme/popupforms-cachekey-135c6d58736a74389af9f429659409d4.js "></script> <![endif]-->il che mi sembra proprio corretto (lo script dovrebbe andare solo per browser diversi da IE) ma se uso lo script con Chrome o Firefox i popup vengono disabilitati (non solo con ie, dunque....).
