Was able to get into admin interface by commenting out these lines in my
theme's rules.xml file:

Then went into Diazo theme settings and set my admin-host names, and now can
routinely get to my admin interface. Finally.

HOWEVER... don't understand yet why the above caused this change.
Furthermore, uncommenting it breaks http://dev.tld1.com (the themed site) to
always present the admin interface... until the above stanza is
un-commented. While http://dev.tld1.com is broken as such,
http://devadmin.tld1.com/front-page/presentation_view prints (from the web
browser):

Anybody have any idea what's happening here? (The "...must find headings in
your document..." stuff seems to provide a clue, but don't yet know nor have
time to investigate immediately.)
