Ok, so you've confirmed you can log into your site using the http://devadmin.tld1.com/failsafe_login_form. Having done that you need to type into the URL bar http://devadmin.tld1.com/theming-controlpanel to get you to the Diazo control panel. That control panel is never themed so you should be able to change the settings from there. (Logging in via the failsafe_login_form won't make the about page unthemed.)
