Hi,

I am making progress on Windows with Tcl, but some strange
things keep happening:

1. I set the environment variable PL_LIBRARY to the directory
   holding plplot.tcl.
This is needed for the special Pltcl shell to work properly.
I can run the various examples, but the window is initially
blank - I can only see the second, third etc. page

2. Working with the ordinary shell is possible, but I need
to tweak the pkgIndex.tcl file. A very strange thing is
that it all seems to work if I load the plplot library
explicitly, but not if I use the package require command.

I am not sure what is going on, but especially the blanking
of the window is something I do not really like.

Regards,

Arjen
