No, what happens is this:

I start Pltcl and run some example. This produces a new window (for the
graphics, starts black) and asks for the relevant device. The other window
has the focus, so I click in the DOS-box where I started Pltcl. At that
moment the graphical window turns all white. The first page is always
lost and other pages are only seen when using the right mouse button and
the pop-up menu.
