Sorry to be so slow in following this up, but, yes, something you did gave
us a website with other limitations (no annotations of examples) beyond the
missing example 31 information issue that you have found.

Please regenerate the SF website from scratch using the script documented in
README.Release_Manager_Cookbook so we uniformly have the latest version.
