Hi Hazen:

I confirm the segfaults are now gone. Furthermore, a detailed comparison
using diff between old pscairo results for all of our examples done without
centralized unicode processing and revision 9798 looks pretty good. There
are no floating point differences. There are differences in the header for
some of the examples, but the one I looked at in detail just had the exact
same PostScript code done in a different order for unknown reasons. Note,
this is the first time we have looked in detail at differences of -dev
pscairo results (as opposed to our usual differences of -dev psc results),
and it may be a common characteristic of the libcairo PostScript backend to
not always give consistent header order.

Anyhow, it appears the new cairo PostScript results are in essentially exact
agreement with the old ones (aside from date and sometimes header order).

Your centralized unicode processing seems to be working, and I look forward
to when more devices use this infrastructure.

Alan
