That's great.  I am really keen to make sure this new build system for our
installed examples works just as well on Windows as it currently does on my
Linux platform so I will try to give you fast turnaround if you discover
some inadvertent cross-platform issues. However, such issues should be
fairly limited since most of the scripts used are identical to what is used
for ctest of the build tree (which both Arjen and Werner say works for
them.) However, just to be sure you get the same results they do, I suggest
you try ctest first. Once you have confirmed that is working for you, then
you should be in good shape to test the new install-tree build system
(on any platform.  I don't think it has been tested on Mac's, either.)
