The end of April sounds good to me. I would like to complete the OCaml work that I have postponed for several months now, as well as complete the work I have done on getting universal coordinate transform support up and running in PLplot, at least to the point where initial support can be included in a release. I expect that we will need another development release (5.9.7) after this to allow time for the recent changes to settle out, particularly with the large API additions which have occurred since 5.9.5.
