Confirmed here (with "make test_tk_04") and fixed by revision 11030.  I have
now grepped for plshade in examples/tcl/* and examples/tk/*, and I believe I
have now (finally!) dealt with all the Tcl/Tk example issues associated with
the recent change to the C interface for plshade(s).

I confirm this separate issue using "make test_tk_standard_examples".  I
also edited examples/tk/standard_examples to just run the 16th example, and
the problem persisted (so it does not have anything to do with the
colours being clobbered by the previous example).

Could you write this up as a Tk colour bug in our bugtracker so we don't lose
track of this issue?  I think we have encountered other Tk colour bugs before
(including possibly this one) but lost track of them.
