OCaml should be matching more closely now:

ocaml

I haven't started porting example 33 yet, and probably won't until the
plcolorbar implementation and C example pages are complete to save a
bit of porting time.

Alan - could you try the OCaml bindings and examples on your system to
make sure OCaml can be enabled by default again?  OCaml's plcolorbar
binding should be in good shape at this point.
