Not exactly.  For example, if you look in bindings/c++/plstream.cc
there are lots of references to PL_DEPRECATED.  However, we
forgot to define plstream::wid for the PL_DEPRECATED case as part
of all the massive width changes done some time ago.

I am not sure what to do about that since this problem has now
occurred for two development releases, and it may not be worth fixing
at this late stage since soon (perhaps in this release cycle?) we will
be completely removing plwid (and other deprecated items) in any case.

@Andrew: I pretty much rely on you to make this decision about whether
to ignore, fix, or remove.
