Yes please just go head with the integrated patch series approach (IMPORTANT with Jim's untouched patches first in that integrated series!), and we can sort out who pushes what to master later. If you use that approach, then if Jim comes through with the fix to the test application in his series that I requested yesterday than I can push his slightly modified series to master without interfering with your work (since "git am" allows us to skip Jim's patches when applying your integrated patch series if those patches are already in master). But if Jim doesn't get back to me in a timely manner and your integrated patch series tests well (which is an indirect test that plbuf works), then we can push all of that integrated patch series to master at one time.
