It's quite easy to add this feature if and only if all the lines
have the same height. That is true for DOC documents, but not for
Plucker documents (different font sizes, inlined images, different
paragraph spacing, etc.), so it would be quite complex to add this
using the current code base.
That is, don't hold your breath on seeing this feature added in the
near future ;-)
