Yes, i get this Bug report starting this week from another user, i
guess you use a non English Windows?

The Directory that the installer try to create are "PalmOS� Handheld Software"

It seams not work on _some_ non English OS to create a Dir with this
name.
A Fixed Install will be available next Monday/Tuesday.
