Cool!!
All images are parsed (when they are retrieved). If the image parser returns
parsed = 1 (to Parsed.py and then to Spider.py) the image is re-parsed
using alt_maxwidth and alt_maxheight and that document is added to the
database. If the first parse returns scaled = 0 (image size was less than
max_width by max_height) no big image is generated.
