Viewer in Codewarrior

Has anyone ever compiled the Plucker Viewer in Codewarrior?  The only 
problem I'm running into is compilation of the resource .rcp file.  
There is a third-party extension that can compile .rcp, but it's quite 
outdated and chokes on menus with items that don't have sequential ID 
numbers.
