Yes... if you have CW for Palm 7, look in the Thrill Seekers directory for
the PilRC plugin. If you're using 6 or just want the latest version, see
http://www.calliopeinc.com/devcorner.htm for a download.
It works quite well, as long as your RCP files have no syntax errors. I
just submitted a patch that will fix error reporting for the next release.
