Sounds like an IE problem. The server and the bug tracker are
working fine, and there's no definition to localhost anywhere on that
machine or any of the webpages served from it.

You're probably right, and you might want to report it to Microsoft,
so they can fix it in their newest upcoming releases of Internet Explorer.
I notice you have an account in the system now, so you must have
found a way in. I'd be interested to know what caused the error, and how you
managed to get in so I can try to replicate it.
I notice you're using IE5.0 on Windows98, you might want to upgrade
to IE5.5 to remain current, or try the new IE6 beta stuff available from the
Windows Update site.
