command line parameters??? Oh, I guess I could use those :-)
My question was more aimed at if you wanted to set up the
plucker.gnu-design.com site to do that.

Maybe I misunderstand you, but for a very long time you have been
able to use any url as the start page with the python parser. See
the -H or --home-url parameters. In my config file I have several
different sections with their own start page (using the home_url
parameter).

I do something like that, too. I have put all my links in a database
and then I have a web page with PHP code that allows me to setup custom
"home pages".
