Can Plucker's model put paragraphs inside elements which aren't
technically allowed to contain paragraphs, like lists? I have
a set of Palm pages which uses an index page with named anchors
into a list, which works nicely in full browsers and in iSilo,
but unfortunately doesn't work in Plucker.
