Sure. I filed Plucker bug 10 on this issue a while ago,
and I give the url there, which is

The page is a PDA version of
http://www.shallowsky.com/moon/ruklindex.html plus the files
referenced therein, to allow looking up lunar features while at
the telescope and away from a computer.
I used a Plucker 1.1.9 binary distro.
I haven't yet tracked down all the prerequisites to build my own
from CVS, though from recent postings here, I finally know where
to get ppmtoTbmp, and I'd be happy to try building a newer version
from CVS if you think it would make any difference.
