It is not possible to build plucker-desktop using wxWindows 2.3.1. If this requirement has changed then it might be a good idea to update the REQUIREMENTS file. The error I get is about an undeclared identifier, wxCONFIG_USE_NO_ESCAPE_CHARACTERS.
