Well, I installed the whole lot and I get the following error in the HotSync log: Uncaught exception: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.plkr.PlkrCond
Looks like the classpath isn't being set up correctly. I went through this a couple of times and I can't get it to work. I have Palm Desktop 4.1 installed and it's located at "c:\program files\palm". Maybe that's the problem as the installation (of the conduit) defaults to "c:\palm". I'll try it on a different machine. Then there is another problem. It seems that JSync installs a separate JRE based on Java 1.3. However, there are major refactorings in the next JPluck release and it now relies on Java 1.4. I hope it's possible to configure JSync to use a different VM, but the installer won't let you.
