Appears to be Ondrej back in Parser.py, almost to the day 11/22/99.
For those that don't remember him, Ondrej Palkovsky[1] and Holger
Duerer wrote the first Python iterations back in 1999 that replaced the
awk/perl code we were using, and it was the first to use "disconnected"
fetching mode. Previously, you had to cradle your Palm, and a single .pdb
was created at sync time on your Palm, one... record... at... a... time.
