I've seen that PilRC is also under sourceforge:

And has 3 project admins : Aaron Ardiri, John Marshall, Tom Dyas.

So if Aaron has no more time to spend to merge all the patches found on his home page, and to make new releases, maybe we can contact one of the
other admins and ask him to add us with CVS write access and release manager access ?
