When you delete a document from the *document library* the entry will be removed regardless of whether you are using manual update or not. The "problem" is that when you remove the document using an external tool and has selected to use "manual update" mode the viewer won't find out about the "removed" document until you update the list (making it impossible for it to flag a document as deleted.) Actually, when you update the list of documents the viewer already set a flag for missing documents instead of removing them from the document list (the reason for this is to avoid losing the category info just because you remove an external card temporarily); documents will only be removed from the list when they are deleted in the document library... > Just one idea. Nothing bad about it, but when the viewer would have access to the necessary info it would not be necessary to do this (because the entry would have been removed) and when it would be great to be able to add this strikethrough the viewer wouldn't have the necessary info to determine which documents that have been deleted ;-) /Mike _______________________________________________ plucker-dev mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://lists.rubberchicken.org/mailman/listinfo/plucker-dev
