Currently, no. They are nothing more than news article renditions of
the mailing list posts, and having them replicated wouldn't be useful, since
posting is not allowed.

Just grab the archives from lists.rubberchicken.org, or from the web
version at mail-archive.com, and use those if you wish to propagate them to
an internal server.
This news server is probably not a permanent solution...
