Hello,

I use the Plucker Desktop for Windows, and somewhere along the line, a "Convert
to Plucker" context menu (right click menu) entry was added (I'm not sure if
this was done by the Plucker Desktop for Windows installation, or if I acquired
it elsewhere).

Anyway, clicking on this context menu entry, when an HTML or Text file is
selected in Windows Explorer, initiates a DOS-level procedure which produces a
Plucker version of the selected file, as a .pdb file.

This is a great feature. BUT, currently, if the original file name is longer
than the usual Plucker limit (26 characters, I believe), then the whole
procedure creates the .pdb file, but that file doesn't end up working in
Plucker (it either fails to sync, or it doesn't end up in the Library list).

I think that the best solution would be to have the "Covert to Plucker"
DOS-level routine issues an error message if the filename is too long.

PS The wxPlucker Viewer for Windows doesn't have the same limitation, and has
no problem showing the files with long names.
