This is a great feature. BUT, currently, if the original file name is longer than the usual Plucker limit (26 characters, I believe), then the whole procedure creates the .pdb file, but that file doesn't end up working in Plucker (it either fails to sync, or it doesn't end up in the Library list).
Please add this to a bug report. It is something that should indeed be addressed.
