I am not really interested in implementing the link labels removal. They
don't annoy me very much, and my local copy of PyPlucker has them turned
off by default. If someone wants to implement it, they are welcome to do
so. A simple way to do it is to modify DrawParagraph to return a height
of zero when it is fed one of these link paragraphs. This solution has
only one downside: search might find text in the omitted paragraphs, and
then things wil get weird. So the search may need special-casing, or else
DrawParagraph will need to get smarter about locating search results or
something.
