They need 1.5 or the cvs version which has not yet been released.

Bookmarks in the vicinity of the seam can be off by up to a screen at the
moment if font has been changed. This should be fixed eventually, I
suppose.

There is a slight slowdown in rendering times, I suppose (it doesn't
actually render fragments other than the current one, but it does spend a
bit of time reading in their sizes for scrollbar-estimation purpose).

It is a safe default, but if people update their viewer while updating
their desktop, it shouldn't be needed.

It is backwards compatible with everything as far as I know, EXCEPT the
old unpluck code that I found in PluckerDocs.py. I don't know if anybody
uses that old code for anything, and anyway they would presumably have
the new PluckerDocs.py if they were using the new PluckerDocs.py to
generate continuation markers. :-)

The only thing I am not 100% certain of is that perhaps the PocketPC
viewer assumes the byte used for the marker is zero. I don't see why it
would, but who knows? (I know the Zaurus viewer makes no such assumption
because the developer of the Zaurus viewer was the source for the idea of
this continuation marker.)
