Yes. You have three options:
--fragments=seamless : No "Click here" markers, just seamless arbitrary length files, with a continuation bit --fragments=link : Behaves as before, no continuation marker, and "Click here markers" --fragments=both : Has "click here" markers, and continuation bit. This means that the viewer will show the continuation markers, but also show the next fragment.
What's the advantage of using anything other than --fragmentation=seamless?
Is it a longer render time of a page in the viewer?
I haven't tried a fragmentation=seamless yet. Does it mean you just keep scrolling downwards forever until the end of the whole .pdb?
