I would vote highly in favor of consistancy of interface throughout the
whole viewer application. Some specific problems I've noticed:

1. issue as described in #4

2. App buttons don't get overridden in some instances. Since #4 isn't
the case, I define L/R on my 5-way as prev/next anchor, and Address/ToDo
as forward/back in history. This works well for me, except the Library
view doesn't work the same way: pressing the "back" button takes me
(annoyingly) to my AddressBook. "Forward" doesn't work at all. Also, on
"error" dialogs like the "External Link" dialog, pressing Addressbook
button also takes me to the Addressbook instead of "back" like I expect.
(Note: the specific problem with the "External Link" dialog could be
solved in the Viewer, or by changing the Distiller to generate an error
page instead of leaving the link to nowhere.)

3. Tapping vs. anchor-button/go-to-link button on images which are
both full-sized images and links. (tapping gives a dialog "follow
link/Open image"; "Go to link" button follows the link) (bug
report filed: http://bugs.plkr.org/bug_view_page.php?bug_id=1007 )
