Fine. And I'm very interested in your help also. I have checked for
hardcopy mode as Michael advised and indeed it's easy to do it, but it
won't help the user. My idea was to give the ability to turn special
viewing mode when you (as an example) scroll through the document by
jog dial and call translation of unknown word by A SINGLE tap on a
word. For harcopy mode you have to do a bunch of taps. You can call
RoadLingua dictionary as a resident popup with about the same or less
amount of taps...
Alex, as for specific dictionaries you want to try or use permanently
please check our site www.absoluteword.com to choose what exactly
you'd like to use. Install them and pass the UserID RoadLingua reports
you either me (out of list) or [EMAIL PROTECTED] (make a
reference to me) to get your registration keys.
As for code: I guess your main problem will be to make interface
changes, since the code for RoadLingua popup comes in few lines:
---------------------------------------------------------------------
void CallRoadLingua(char *WordToLook) {
LocalID lid;
UInt32 result;
lid = DmFindDatabase(0,"RoadLingua");
if (lid)
SysAppLaunch(0,lid,sysAppLaunchFlagSubCall,sysAppLaunchCmdCustomBase,WordToLook,&result);
}
--------------------------------------------------------------------
