It's still a fork, though. Where do you draw the line? Is it still Plucker just because it has the same capabilities? That would open up for all kinds of abuse. If you make changes to the source code and distribute a viewer based on that source code then it's not Plucker any longer. There is no "if you change this much it is still Plucker, but if you change that much it won't be Plucker"; either you use the source code we distribute or you don't (and then you shouldn't call it Plucker).
