I've set things up to automatically generate some font remap packages in the
viewer/fonts directory.
These work just like custom fonts but don't contain any font data. Here's
what they do:
AllSystem.prc : make sure system fonts are used for everything
(including fixed width--which then isn't fixed width, which is too bad)
AllStandard.prc : fold all fonts to the same standard font
Sony*.prc : these are the font remap packages that reproduce
functionality that Adam removed from Plucker as of 1.6 for Sony OS4 hires
units
